9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Format:

  • 5 Round Swiss system
  • Time Control: Game in 40 minutes with 5-second delay
  • Team Size: 4 players per team
  • Board Order: Highest to lowest rating (fixed for all rounds)

Sections:

  • Open (1600+), Under 1600, Under 1000, Unrated
  • Players must not enter sections below their rating
  • Playing up is allowed
  • USCF Membership required for all sections except Unrated

Entry Fee (Per Player / Per Team):

  • By 09/01: $50 / $200
  • By 11/03: $60 / $240
  • By 11/19: $70 / $280
  • By 11/20: $80 / $320
  • Same Day: $90 / $360

🏅 Prizes:

  • Big trophy + individual trophies for Top 3 Teams in each section
  • Best Team Under 500 in the Under 1000 section
  • Top 3 on each board get trophies

🕘 Schedule:

  • 8:00 – 8:30 AM: Registration & Team Creation
  • 9:00 AM: Round 1
  • 10:30 AM: Round 2
  • 12:00 PM: Lunch
  • 12:30 PM: Round 3
  • 2:00 PM: Round 4
  • 3:30 PM: Round 5
  • 5:00 PM: Award Ceremony
